We are excited about our Infrared Sauna with all of the benefits that it provides. The sauna causes the body to sweat, burn calories, increases overall circulation, improves the immune system, rids toxins from the body, and improves muscle and joint pain. Weight loss and increased metabolism are some additional benefits along with relief of stress and fatigue. The infrared sauna is also great for removal of unwanted cellulite, and can improve some skin problems such as eczema, and psoriasis. Cuts and open wounds also heal more quickly with less scarring.
