Policies

We at DanTera do everything we can to make each of your visits a pleasant experience.  When scheduling spa services, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to fill out any necessary paperwork and enjoy our facility.  Punctuality ensures that your service starts on time and is performed properly.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW / LATE

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; in the case that 48 hours is NOT given, we will charge 50% of the booked service.  All no-show appointments are subject to this 50% cancellation fee.

Please let us know if you will be arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. We may not be able to provide your full service, but we will do our best to accommodate what we can.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

All gift certificates are valid for six months. They are nonrefundable and valid for services and products only. Failure to show up for scheduled appointment will render gift certificate null and void. Cancellation of scheduled appointment with less than 48-hour notice will result in loss of 50% of the value of certificate.

VALUABLES

Please leave your valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles lost or stolen.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

For parties of four or more our Salon Manager will ensure your event is a success. Group reservations include a 15% service fee. By special request, we can arrange refreshments or a light lunch for your party. Reservations must be booked with a valid credit card. 50% of the scheduled services will be billed to your credit card if 48-hour notice is not given for missed appointments.

CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

For your enjoyment we strive to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We want your day at DanTera to be an escape from the world outside. Out of consideration for the other guest, please silence cell phones and electronic devices.

CHILDREN

Please arrange for childcare prior to your spa or salon visit. We also ask that a parent accompany any minor under the age of 17 receiving spa and/or salon services. If unaccompanied, any salon services performed will be agreed upon between the minor and service provider unless otherwise stated by parent or guardian prior to the service.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

No refunds are given for services. In the event that you are not satisfied, we would love the opportunity to make it right. Let us know within 5 days of your appointment.
